Called applicant contact, terry simmons, and learned he may at some point in time use this proposed newly created separate "rough in" space for storage of maintenance equipment for various rental homes in the area or convert and finish area to make into an accessory apartment. Applicant did not make application for zoning permit as he says he does not know what he wants to do with this area for now.
