For zoning permit application review, all proposed units to meet stated setbacks measured from outer perimeter boundary.; mr. Setzer (the owner) had applied for a waiver. I told mr. Setzer that he would need to pay the fee for a full grading permit since his disturbance was over 10 s. F. Since then i learned that a project also qualifies for a wavier if the new disturbance is within the limit of disturbance covered by a master grading permit which has not been closed out. Mr. Setzers site qualifies for this and he is due a refund of his grading permit fee. How can i process a refund for him?
