Swo order tracy coggins work with no permits at lodge 300. Penalty;slshere are just a few pictures taken on site. This premise sustained a major water line break in their sprinkler system on the 4th floor,january 8th. This flooded all floors. The building has had the carpets removed and replaced, sheet rock walls torn down and replaced, lights/outlets replaced, exit signs removed, tile flooring ripped out/replaced, painting has taken place and is still in progress with other renovations/repairs underway. I am not 100% certain to the amount or detailed work but this is what i observed while on premise. I just issued a swo to the above location and made all workers leave the premise until the proper permits were approved and obtained. Per discussion with building owner david day, only 3 trades were issued a swo, and a citation of 3 was issued. He states that no mechanical work is being completed, and they are simply scrubbing and cleaning the vents.
