Short version - grading without a permit on 2 counts. 1st - the private gravel road and 2nd - on lot 4. Working outside normal hours (m-f, 7am-7pm). Pjk; march 20, 2013 2:05:59 pm pamk. Per monte, complaint was invalid. This is a private driveway which mr. Anderson is supposed to scrape. Grooves were not deep enough to cause an issue. The part of the complaint dealing with the broken/smashed pipe - it was in the right of way and can be cut back and there would not be any damage. Per monte - am closing complaint.
