Addition on side of house. 12 large living room. Clc; called applicant contact r. Bryan jackson advised existing structure appears to be about feet from right hand side neighbors parcel. Mr. Jackson said he originally measured from what he thought was property marker (fence). I advised i would continue to review and approve application based on applicant submitted site plan dimensions showing no portion of the addition would be closer than ten feet to side property boundary. Swr september 28, 2005 2:29:12 pm stuartr ; setbacks along street right of ways must be measured from the street right of way line or the street, whichever is closest to the property. All other setbacks are to be measured from the property boundary lines.
