Pmd; amendment-installation of abouve ground oil system engineered drawings. Lcs; processed zoning application without accurate siteplan, city manager involved. Pmd p&z#05-1028; incomplete application take by the permit center; no construction documents were in the file. Applicant called and told to sunbmit pe sealed construction documants.; >>>>fire prevention comments<<<< permit review comments are with the approved plans. Note that tank 17 and 18 are not approved at this time as noted in your review comments. Full level one review will not require parking and landscaping improvments. This zoning permit issued via level one small project.
