This project scope encompasses a 15,696 gross foot tenant finish out of an existing vacant retail space within 21 south shopping center located at i-15 & 21st south, slat lake city, utah. The proposed use shall be a chuck e cheese restaurant. The existing interior partitions,lighting,portions of the existing concrete slab sidewalk, and portions of the front exterior wall are to be demolished as indicated. A new kitchen, seating and games area, showroom, office, storage areas, and restrooms are proposed per cec entertainment design standards.
