This project scope encompasses a 15,696 gross foot tenant finish out of an existing vacant retail space within 21 south shopping center located at i-15 & 21st south, slat lake city, utah. The proposed use shall be a chuck e cheese restaurant. The existing interior partitions,lighting,portions of the existing concrete slab / sidewalk, and portions of the front exterior wall are to be demolished as indicated. A new kitchen, seating and games area, showroom, office, storage areas, and restrooms are proposed per cec entertainment design standards. The exterior changes proposed include new storefront system, e. I. F. S. , paint scheme, signage, wall and tower design and led architectural lighting per cec entertainments design standards.
