Replace pre-existing deck with concrete terrace and storage area below. This is an extension of prior building permit b1001551 which expired due to a stop work order to expire on 10/19/2012 as per matt legrant.

Application for this fencing permit is in compliance with a bza order issued as a condition for granting a special zoning exception for other construction on this property- bza # 18296- 10/2/12. We have been ordered to implement a bza- approved landscaping plan negotiated with our neighbors which includes replacing some existing backyard fencing with new fence 7 high and installing an 18 wall alongside an existing deck/garage structure. On top of the wall is be mounted a 7 screening fence to provide privacy for the immediate neighbor. A copy of the approved landscaping plan will be provided by applicant at time of review.
