Replace rotting latice skirting beneath the porch. Current (see picture) skirting is diagonal. Hrc suggested we replace with square lattice. Rear support for skirting.

The residential building code would require you to provide 68 ceiling height measured at the front of each fixture. Based on the drawings provided you cannot achieve that ceiling height and will need to redesign or relocate the proposed bathroom. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact me.
