Lcs; received bldg/zoning amendment-adding deck sfb; deck must meet 15 front setback, and 6 side and rear setback.; 2/10/05 11:11:58 am; new single family residence. Issued by ssb.; grading permit approved with conditions: 1. Silt fencing must be installed as per detail 4. 01 of the city of asheville standard specifications maunual. (included) 2. Gravel mud mat must be installed as per detail 4. 08 and maintained. (included) 3. Due to the steepness of the grade extra precaution must be taken to keep erosion on the site and off the adjoining neighbors land and waterways. 4. Tanisha davis called me today to say that the day after my visit she called mountain housing and explained the urgency of the situation. They were out the next day, have replaced the water heater and the pressure reducing valve.
