Relocation sprinklers in the 4th floor x ray rooms at shriners hospital.

For level ii alterations to a radiology room on the fourth floor of an existing health facility. Alterations to include the removal of a non bearing partition wall, provide new layout of room and provide finishes throughout. Medical equipment to be installed in accordance with manufacturers specifications. Building is fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design professional prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.

Install power,lighting and equipment raceways for carestream x-ray suite per 2008 nec (health care)

Certification

Interior alterations, upgrades to finishes, renovations for new rooms, in existing hospital space as per plans and specifications,

Rewire for additional receptacles, light fixture, rewire for relocation of strobes and speakers for fire alarm as per 2008 nec nfpa-72(north dist)

Install (27) wet sprinklers as per plans for hospital.

Level ii interior alterations to include conversion of existing storage room and office to be new x-ray and control room, demolition and interior partition modification as per approved plans and doh approvals. Separate permits required for any mep & fire suppression alterations

Install 9 gfi recepts, 2 duplex recepts, 1-208v 50amp circuit, 1-208v 20amp circuti, 2 relocate nurse call 12- 2x4 fixtures as per nec 2008 (north district)

Communications: nurses call and access control, pull wire and terminate in field. Add new panel (sub) fed from ex. 7th fl panel, new lighting, branch circuits, tamper proof devices and connections to medical equipment. Will apply for separate fire alarm permit.(north dist)

For level ii alterations to pharmacy waiting room on the 7th floor of an existing health facility. Alterations to include the removal of a non bearing partition wall, erection of new partitions and finishes throughout. Building is fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. Separate permits required for mechanical (see a p no 573405), electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work (sprinkler shop drawings required for doh approval).

Relocating (5) sprinklers in eos suite on the 4th floor

Installation of ductwork and mechanical units.

Furnish and install (2)sinks and (1) floor drain. Connect to existing services

Install 4 speaker strobes, 2 strobes & 2 speakers to existing fire alarm system.

Convert 35 sq ft. Hospital patient room space to pediatric intensive care unit . Work to include demo carpentry and changes to existing plumbing elec, sprinkler, and hvac systems.

Install clean agent control; panel and interface with existing bldg. Fire alarm, install ancillary devices for clean agent panel as per nfpa 72 north district

Remove existing roofing down to structural concrete deck, install new tapered insulation and new 30yr sarnafil roofing system to watertight conditions.-ez permit re-roofing- for the installation of new roof coverings on exiting roofs as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Level ii alterations (no change of occupancy) to existing occupational therapy kitchen, gym and playroom on the sixth floor of an existing hospital building as per approved plans and pa doh approval. Existing building fully sprinklered. Separate permits required for any mep or fire suppression work

Install:6-duplex recepts, 4-relocate nurse call stations, 3-data lines, 5-light fixtures, 2 exits, 4-switches as per nec 2008 north district

Installation of a novec 12 fire suppression system to cover phl server room. System shall be installed, maintained, periodically inspected and tested in accordance with nfpa 2001 and their listing
