Adding circuits to existing building

First floor commercial space to be converted from currency exchange (f-mercantile) to small restaurant (f-mercantile). Scope of work includes electrical receptacles and switches, new toilet room and commercial kitchen, new duct extensions relocations, new supplemental mechanical system (with air conditioning) for dining area only, minor repair to storefront, masonry repair, and new interior finishes. Electrical service, plumbing service and primary mechanical service to remain as-is. All fenestration and exterior doors to remain as-is.
