Installation of new city of boston compliant street light controller in front of building 3 located at 3 harrison ave.

Install new sprinkler system to new building. Work to be done per nfpa stands 7 cmr in conjunction with sprk-284537.

To amend the previously approved subdivision plan under permit no. Alt307428 to correct a clerical error on the approved subdivision plan. The subdivision will create 2 lots: lot 1 will be 238 575 square feet [5. 48 acres] and lot 2 will be 28 985 square feet [. 66 acres]. The previously approved subdivision plan showed an incorrect square footage for lot 1.
