Interior demolition. Demo the whole interior and leave studs including partition walls, exterior walls,existing floors and joists. Pull everything down to the studs. Exterior demolition . Strip down existing sidding, demolition of the existing windows and stripe existing roof.

The work proposed is to alter and repair the existing building as approved by the half crown-marsh neighborhood conservation district commission including the jacking and moving of the existing house, complete demo of the foundation and construction of a new reinforced concrete foundation. The first, second and third floor framing will be replaced as will the roof framing. An attached two car garage will be constructed on the west side of the house and construction of a new 3 story addition on the south side. All finishes, siding, windows, mep, etc are being replaced with new.
