The existing master is 07-3 which will cover fire, retaining walls, utilities, grading and zoning, stormwater, sidewalks, etc. There will be no phases. There will be a co hold on units in the flood zone while waiting on flood certification. Contractor has 21 days from completion of slab to submit certification. Per susannah, there will be no zoning or grading fees.
