Interior demolition of interior partitions

Ez permit stadard alterations-renovate and up-grade single family dwelling. Demo and replace wall and other finishes; gyp, trim, floor, windows, doors, new kitchen cabinets. Also repair front porch and steps, reroof. For alterations to an existing one family dwelling as per attached standard. Deviations from this standard will result in permit revocation and require submission of construction plans.

Remove existing rubber roof covering and replace with new torch down rubber. 3 square feet. No structural work allowed under this permit.

Install (1) hvac system with ductwork. (sfd)

200amp service complete and rewire throughout as per nec 2008 south district

Install main drian, 2 stacks, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, 1 laundry and powder room in basement, 3 water closets, 3 lavy sinks, 2 tubs, 1 kitchen sink, 1 laundry tub (no dish washer or garbage disposal) - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

For the removal and replacement of existing fifteen (15) floor joists in an existing single family dwelling as per engineers plan,
