Interior alterations including 5 8" fire rated gwb ceiling over existing assembly, new partitions and finishes including fully accessible unisex toilet room and kitchenette; new exterior window assembly per plans. Certificate of occupancy not included - use permit required, owner assumes all risk for work performed without zoning variance. Separate permits required for any mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression systems.

Replacement of existing 2 amp service cable and 4 gauge meter box with independent 1 amp breaker disconnects. All installations in accordance with 2008 nec.
