Repair roof hole with 3 4" plywood sheathing and rubber roofing system on 25 sq. Ft. Of main roof, replace 1st floor interior ceiling with 5 8" gwb type "x" ( 12 sq. Ft. Of area ) and 2nd floor front room replace floor with 3 4" plywood sheathing ( 276 sq. Ft. ). Engineers report provided.
