Drill 5 soil borings using geoprobe to feet for soil sampling. Holes will be 2 inches in diameter. Work to be performed for to see if site has been impacted by historical onsite and or off site activities. Bore holes will be abandoned upon sample collection.

Remove portions of existing non-bearing interior partitions & existing "east corridor" single use toilet rooms as shown on the drawings. Construct new 1-hour rated "east corridor" partition and install new suite b doors & new "east corridor" storefront entrance egress doors as shown on the drawings. Hvac equipment and distribution ductwork is existing; modify branch ductwork and install new hvac air supply & return devices and exhaust fans as shown on the drawings. Install new light fixtures, exit & emergency light fixtures, and electrical devices as shown on the drawings; modify the existing fire alarm system in accordance as required; fire alarm system modifications, if any, require separate fire protection permit. No structural alterations are proposed. No plumbing nor gas-fitting alterations are proposed. No change in occupancy classification is proposed.
