In accordance with udo sec. 7-10-2 (f) (3) a uncovered deck may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet (6?) to the side or rear property line.; july 21, 2006 12:36:55 pm scarver amendment rec. To add electrical outlets;scc; building safety review comments the approved plans with the attached review comments are required to be at the job site for use by the field inspector(s) at all times. The building permit is required to be posted at the jobsite at all times. Failure to post approved permits & plans at site is a fine, fine must be paid before next inspection is requested.
