Alterations to existing roof penthouse and roof deck, unit #1006.

Installation of pelco spectra iii camera on traffic light pole at 19' above ground level, we will also be mounting a network box at 11' above ground level. We will be attaching the camera to the network box via low voltage cableing routed inside the traffic light pole. We will be powering the network box from the nearest traffic controller box located at street level. This will be a 120vac circuit tapped off the traffic controller box running through existing manholes at the intersection.

Extend an existing power circuit. Add a disconnect switch and feed a hydraulic lift unit for garbage cans.

Replace 2 water heaters ,same as existing.

Grind & tuckpoint the facade with capstone replacement, brick replacement and lintel repairs. All work to match existing.

Erect one scaffold only, w no other work: north elevation of courtyard, masonry repair 8 17 09 - 8 17 09

Interior alterations required to combine two residential condos (#805 and #806) into one, including removal of one kitchen and one bath and remodeling of one existing kitchen and one existing bath as well as miscellaneous interior partition removal and relocation as per plans. Total number of units to go from 213 to 212.

Work in unit 813 only: replace nine plumbing fixtures three sinks, two toilets,two shower,one tub,and one kitchen sink. Replace tiles,eight doors. Replace counter-tops,cabinets,including island, kitchen appliances, flr's replace drywall as needed, electrical light recept outlets. Subject to field inspection

Erect (1) hi-lo swing stage scaffold from 9-13-11 to 9-13-12

All elevations, tuckpoint and replace bricks. Repair replace lintels. Repair replace terra cotta.

Erect 14 hi-lo swing stage scaffolds from 02 07 2012 to 02 07 2013.

Replace roof -6th floor & 10th floor- (tear off) (no structural work, no mep work)- all work same as existing; subject to field inspections

Install 2 outlets, remove & reinstall light

Replacerepair existing rear boards with sa,e material on frame. No structural work.

Remove and replace a roof deck on the 7th floor (unit 706) per plans

Work to be done in unit 1001 only: replace existing wood deck with new wood deck. As per plans.
