Bldg including removal of rear one (1) story lean to portion & rebuild of rear two (2) story portion with light-frame wood framing supported by exist. Masonry bearing wall & new frame walls per pa pe signed & sealed construction documents. Work must begin within ten (10) days & continue until the structure is deemed safe by the dept. Failure to comply will render this permit invalid & results in fines & or prosecution & or abatement of the unsafe condition by the city at the owners expense.
