Installation of 6 feet high fence wall in rear of property along side property line. Footing to be inches below grade, minimum 16 inches wide x 12 inches thick. A keyway or rebar connection from footing to cmu wall. Ends of wall to have core mortared solid with rebar from footing to top of wall. Install 2 inch or 4 inch caps on top of wall. Wall to be entirely within property line.

Water and drain lines for 1 full bath,1 kitchen sink and washer machine,repair or replace rear yard drain (sfd)the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004

5 square feet of interior alterations - single family dwelling - applicant agrees to limit the construction to comply with ez permit standard for interior alterations, dated jan 2011. Deviations from this standard will result in the revocation of this permit and imposition of further penalties.
