Permit to document new ownership information on originally issued building permit # 327099, dated september 14, 2011, for the erection of a four (4) story addition, infill additions at two locations and alterations throughout for a change in occupancy to senior housing facility with sixty-three (63) units, multi-purpose room, community room, offices, lobby, laundry and trash rooms.
