Remodeling of 1. 5 bathrooms and kitchen and replacement of domestic water heater

Minor interior alterations on th eexisting building: 1). New interior finishes such as flooring, tile, paint, etc. 2). New energy star rated entry door and windows, air sealing & caulking. 3). Minor drywall repairs as needed. 4). New woodwork, interior doors and hardware, trim, closet shelving, etc. 5). New kitchen cabinets (same layout). 6). New appliances. Additional permits will be required and obtained by subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, hvac, and roofing

Install 1 hvac unit with ductwork (sfd)

Replace 200amp service, 2- circuit panel and grounding. Partial wiring, rewire bathroom, rewire kitchen and all applicance. Replace all existing lights, switches, receptacles door bell, smokes co detectors as per 2008 nec (west district)

Install water & waste lines to 1 kitchen sink, 2 lavy sinks, 2 water closets, 1 bath tub, 1 dishwasher - the installation will comply with the philadelphia plumbing code 2004
