On 4/28/14, the department of licenses and inspections issued a notice of refusal for application #527269.

Permit for the erection of a five(5) story structure ( maximum height 61) with cellar , bay windows on third and 4th floors , balconies at 3rd and 5th floors,deck at second floor, awning at first floor, bay at the front and rear of building with decks at 05th floor above, two(2) stair towers ( above the 5th floor roof) , elevator ( 8 above the 5th floor roof) , for the creation of 13 off-street parking spaces including with 1 h/c space at first floor for a two(2) vacant commercial spaces) on first floor and on cellar ( use registration permit required prior to occupancy) , for a total of twenty-four(24) dwelling units from 2nd thru 05th floors.
