The approved plans and review comments are required to be kept on the jobsite for viewing by the city inspectors. The building permit is required to be posted on the job site at all times during the project. The permit shall be in a weathertight location or container accessible to the city inspectors during their inspections. Per letter from homeowner, he is releasing haney elec and hiring holcombe electric & control to complete the job.; new residence note: needs to apply for grading as of 8/25 site is greater than 10,0 square feet.; homeowner is doing plumbing work.; by jsb; traffic engineering must maintain minimum 5 distance from drive entrance to property line. Must contact steve snyder of engr. Dept. 48 hours prior to drive entrance construction @ redacted phone number. End traffic engineering ; ok per ruth ledford; front setbacks to be measured from the existing right of way line. Side and rear setbacks are to be measured from property lines. Setbacks also apply to porches, decks, etc.; call harry taylor for building inspection at redacted phone number building. Partial permit. Lvls and roof beams in living room require engineers seal.
