Interior remove garage door assembly and frame amd install new front exterior 2"x4" framed wall with r-13 insulation, #15 felt paper, and brick veneer wall with one exterior door assembly as per the 2009 irc. Demo non-load bearing framed walls. Frame interior walls and install gwb, tape and finish for bathroom and storage, install bathroom with 1 w. C., 1 shower stall and 1 lav. Separate permits required for plumbing, electric and hvac. Call inspector at district office at least 24 hours prior to starting work.
