L&i amendment was issued because wall is a party wall. Wall is not a party wall and entirely on my property.

On 6 25 2015, the department of licenses and inspections issued building permit #605100. This appeal is against the issuance of said permit.

Building permits were issued to the owner of 319 e. Allen st to install permanent structure on the property of 317 e. Allen st without any permission from the owner of 317 e. Allen st. Permits must be revoked per a-301. 4 and a-302. 9(1),(2),(3),(4).

For the amendment of ap#673566 to document change in ul designation of exterior wall as shown per approved details. All work to be done within property lines. Original permit approved for the erection of a four story structure with a roof deck accessed by a roof deck access structure. Building for use as a four family dwelling. Building to be fully sprinklered. Application granted by board of building standards case no. 24956. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact structural engineer prior to the start of any work. Separate permits required for mechanical ,electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work. Please refer to ap#597552 for approved plans and documentation.

To amend foundation permit ap#589000, for revisions of underpinning details due to on site modifications verified in field by engineer on record as per plans submitted by licensed professional engineer. Licensed professional engineer on record to be on-site to conduct special inspections per code bulletin b-0503. Per code bulletin b-0702, written notice shall be provided to the owners of the adjoining property advising them that the excavation is to be made and that adjoining buildings should be protected, to be delivered not less than ten (10) days prior to the scheduled start date of the excavation. Approval of construction plans does not bestow any right to enter upon or disturb the adjoining property without that owners permission.

For the installation of a foundation system and underpinning at adjoining property at 317 e allen st. Separate permits to be required for new construction, fire suppression system, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.

For the complete demolishion of all structures on the lot, for the erection of an attached structure (maximum height nte 38 feet) with a roof deck accessed by a pilot house (for roof acces only) for use as four dwelling units.
