Interior renovation of existing single family dwelling with new hvac mech and plumbing

Interior demolition in kitchen and bathroom to remove kitchen and bathroom fixtures, tile and cabinets. Remove flooring and carpeting where needed. No structural demo or exterior alterations.

Exterior work as follows: install new black iron welded rails on front stairway and rear balcony; replace roof on house and porch with modified butimen firestone white granule; replace entry door with one-light-over-two-panel, all-wood door, to fit original opening size; replace windows, sliding rear door and french door with wood windows and doors to fit the original masonry openings; replace gutters and downspouts; replace rear siding with smooth hardiplank fiber-cement siding, navajo beige; replace front proch decking in kind with trex gray composite decking; replace porch sconce light; replace side fence at rear with butted-vertical-plank, pressure-treated fence; construct concrete parking pad at rear of house, per plat.

Use change from single family dwelling to two family flat. As built, no new work.
