Asbestos abatement required prior to commencement of work construction of second story rear addition, cmu infill of garage opening per engineers letter and interior alterations in portions of the basement and first floor and entire second floor. Certificate of occupancy for two (2) dwelling units in second floor and accessory laundry room in first floor. Separate permits required for any fitout and certificate of occupancy in ground floor commercial space. Sprinkler system required throughout. Separate permits required for all mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
