Verizon will need to access manholes 6172 and 7076 on 4th and h street nw and 5793 on 3rd and h street nw from the hours of 8pm to 8am from feb24th to march 18th in coordination with the ongoing capitol crossing mega project. Verizon will not be doing any excavation work but will need 24 hour access to these three manholes to complete the cable cutover that is needed for capitol crossing to perform their work on mass av nw which verizon is in the way of at this current time.
