Confirm if ust has actually been closed in place, if not remove ust after cleaning, petroleum products if any will be removed by vacuum truck and ust cleaned prior to reoval, confirmatory soil sampling will be erformed from below ust in excavation, contingency plan in place in case contamineted oils discovered during ust removal tank, however, padep guidance will be used as a matter of conformance, back fill excavation to grade with 1 compaction lifts
