To amend original electrical permit#730422 to include the install of audio visual wiring and equipment and 30-non-plenum cat5 data cables with a longest run of about 160ft as per 2008 nec (west district)

For the amendement of previously approved permit# 700315 for alterations to truss system to include support framing as shown per sealed report by structural engineer. Original permit approved for for level ii alterations throughout the tenant space for use as a gymnasium. Alterations to include the erection of partition walls, provide finishes and furnishings throughout with structural work as shown per approved plans. Tenant space is fully sprinklered. All work to be done per approved plans. If field conditions vary contact design engineer prior to the start of any work. Amended permit required for special inspections. Separate permits required for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire suppression work.
