Existing building - new tenant - interior renovation with plans

Decommission 2-stop hydraulic passenger elevator located in old bank tenant area. Currently assured that this is not the only elevator servicing the basement and first floors. According to request for permit land the car, cut cables, pin hoistway doors shut.

Rework existing power devices on back teller line wall in chase bank tenant space to accomomodate new lcd flat screen locations. Install data cabling to new screen locations.

Install flush mounted reverse lite letters on front of building to read subway

Northwest, wouthwest & west elevations fire escapes, repairreplace 3 fire escapes minor repairs and scrapepaint only.

Water tank only: repairreplace all section loss pieces along @ water tower components & removal of severe corrosion replace members, repairreplace leak @ base of water tank, repairreplace decaying wood @ ladder & resecure ladder, repairreplace roof @ water tank, reapairreplace bent tie rod, repairreplace missingsheared bolts & tighten loose bolts replace missing nuts, repairreplace bent column angels, repairreplace clip plates top of supplemental column w1 clip plate per side connected w2 bolts,
