Renovation of four existing bathrooms and relocation of toilets and showers on 3rd and 4th floors (4 baths on these two floors). Installation of new 3/4 bath on 5th floor that already has stubbs to it from a previous renovation. Installation of floor drains and approved trap primers in all mechanical spaces possible ie 5th floor boiler rm. There is currently a bow vent in a kitchen island and is just being relocated to a different location using the same configuration. Water connection to two boilers three duct mounted humidifiers and one steam unit for a shower by use of a rpz type backflow preventer. All drains and vents will be cast iron and copper existing is cast and copper (no hub). Current scope calls for all water piping to be replaced from copper to aquatherm heat fusion plastic pipe and to be piped as to allow for individual shutdown of each bathroom separately.
