We have a permit on this property (15-20855) to demolish the rear portion of the structure, gut and renovate the existing structure and to add a 2 story camel back addition. We discovered major structural damage to the existing structure, hired an engineer for an assessment and made the decision to demolish most of the existing structure for safety reasons. The front faade and approximately 6 feet of the front of the structure remains in tact. We were issued a stop work order and were told by zachary smith to apply for a new permit. There are no architectural changes being made from the original permit, only structural changes showing the replacement of all of the damaged existing structure. We are submitting new architectural and structural drawings at the request of zachary smith. The house will be the same as originally permitted.
