The existing vacant space known as 2909-11 n. Clark street will be renovated to a restaurant, less than 1 persons mercantile f. The scope of work will include but not limited to a new interior build out with new bathrooms, kitchen area, and public dining area. The existing mechanical systems will be reused, for they are in good working order. A new hood vent for the kitchen cooking line will be added .
