This is a bayou st john double. Which 2808 side has not been lived in for some time. The 28 side was lived in until recently. I purchased the home last week to make it our family home. We intended to repaint the existing siding which is in great condition, front and rear of the property. We are going to remodel the interior of the home to function as a modern home, however keeping as much historic detail as possible. We will be using licensed plumbers, electricians, roofers, and hvac professionals to finish the project in a timely manner. We will remove all interior perimeter damaged plaster walls, add insulation and moisture barrier. Update electrical by licensed electrical contractor.
