Tear off and reroof multi-unit building with class a. Dry rot repairs as needed including fascia and trim, blow insulation into attic space, install fans in all bathrooms, hard wired smoke detectors per code, replace appliances as needed, wall heaters in all 4 units, resurface balconies and landings, repave parking area and entry too on private properties. All materials to match existing and all work subject to field inspection.
