Masonry front wall - remove existing 2 story front masonry wall 14 x 22. Replace with new 8" inch masonry block on existing foundation. Windows and door same location. Flash roof to new front. Horizontal reinforcement every 24 inches. Install returns into party walls for structural connection. Flash and seal roof. No other work allowed under this permit. Remove damaged brick from front wall replace with cinder block tie into all new cinder block. Contractor has no employees. Any other workers must have their own contractors licenses and required insurance certificates on site.
