Install a new trane ams 7. 5 ton gas pack with economizer set at the back of the store on existing concrete pad. Remove and dispose of existing gas line and run a new gas line across the roof and over to the new hvac unit location. Remove concrete in existing window opening and run supply ductwork from hvac through the window opening and then transistion to spiral ducting through the store with 12 registers. Run return air ductwork from hvac through window opening and terminate in back storage area with an expanded metal grille. Install a honeywell pro80 touch screen t-stat with low voltage wiring
