Modified scope - remodel two bathrooms and one 1/2 bath. Beam in kitchen. No addition work. Original scope - remodel two bathrooms and one 1/2 bath. Remodel of kitchen. Take down existing addition and wrap around deck. Build new addition with 2 x 10" footing 4 below grade with 10" block re-bar and concrete filled cells. Back stairs and small deck off addition to have 12" sono tubes 4 below grade. ( engineer plans attached for addition, and two structural walls in kitchen area.) driveway to be made shorter at the same time to made wider toward front of house. Do not need to touch curb cut.

Existing family room in basement work. Take down all walls. Seal concrete floor and walls for moisture control. Rebuild all walls with pressure treated 2x4 plates. Wall board and plaster. Tile bathroom floor. Install radiant heat. Replace metal frame window with insulated glass.

Take up concrete basement floor, put down 4" of gravel and 3" of concrete.

Exspand small one story addition in back of house. 2x1 footing 4 below grade. 10" block wall and fill cells. Build small deck and steps. Install kitchen cabinets. Engineer drawing submitted for support wall. Fee paid with bp 010914
