Re-pointing and repair to stone facade and interior steel on steeple tower. This may require removal of some stonework which needs repairs and possible replacement with precast stone of like dimension, color and texture. Summary - interior steel repairs at the o level and at the l level ò in-situ anchoring and/or resetting of loose and displaced stones at the l level. ò repair and reuse of existing stone as possible during reconstruction/reinstallation. ò replacement of existing stone only as necessary during reconstruction/reinstallation using materials matching original stones in color, texture, profile, and size.

The masonry at the base of the steeple and the surrounding parapet and pinnacles will be stabilized and repaired as follows: parapet level m the parapet will be reconstructed to address structural issues with the existing brick backup wall. The deteriorated brick wall will be replaced with a cmu wall, and the original face and coping stones will be reinstalled. Where original face and coping stones are determined to be damaged beyond feasible repair, they will be replaced with cast stone replacement units matching the original in size, profile, texture, and color. Pinnacles level n the damaged pinnacles at the parapet level will be replaced with new cast stone pinnacles matching the original in size, profile, texture, and color. The new pinnacles will have vertical reinforcements and will be anchored to the cmu backup wall of the reconstructed parapet. Steeple level o five courses of stone at the base of the steeple will be removed and reinstalled with proper anchoring to the existing
