Project tenant space occupies the complete 4th floor top floor of the building. Construction is a type ii alteration and there is no change in occupancy. Scope of work includes new interior non-load bearing partitions, new finishes, lighting fixtures and furniture. Mechanical scope of work includes reusing existing mechanical equipment and main trunk lines, branch ductwork to be new. Electrical scope of work will reuse existing electrical service with new cabling for new fixtures and receptacles.
