This permit application is the second phase of renovations that we are conducting to our house at 2623 lepage st. The first two permits we received were 15-09082 and 15-09083 for foundation repair and demolition respectively. This phase consists of constructing a 4 sq ft. Single-story addition onto the rear of the house. This addition will serve as the master bed and bath suit. The addition will be 24 wide and 16-6" deep. The addition will be placed over the footprint of the former structure that was demolished pursuant to permit #15-09083. The left side of the addition will track the same line of the current structure, however, the rear and right side of the addition will stretch to the limits allowed by zoning. We are attaching the stamped and signed architectural drawings as well as well as the stamped survey of the property. Also as a part of this permit application, we seek to repair the damaged interior walls and ceiling in the room adjacent to the new addition.
