Clc; amendment rec. Deck/porch work, retaining wall and crawlspace;scc; lot has significant amount of road frontage. Hy-vu drive wraps around the lot creating a situation where the rs-4 setback of twenty five feet (25? Feet) must be maintained. Setbacks measured from edge of right-of-way of hy-vu drive. Portions of home may be non-conforming as it may encroach with the minimum setback. Zoning permit approved for repair / maintenance and rebuild of a portion of deck structure. New wrap around deck also approved as in accordance with udo, sec. 7-10-2. (f) (3) decks, steps, uncovered porches may encroach into a required side or rear setback, but no closer than six feet to the side or rear property line.
