For the re-shingle of roof; september 14, 2009 10:56:29 am heatherr. Rec. 3rd party housing report by doug garretson which requires an electrical permit. Not sure if same electrician from remodel is doing the housing work. Will create a tbd ee for housing electrical work. Housing report attached to permit.; october 13, 2009 9:04:52 am willt. All housing code items approved , ronnie mcabee completed the field inspection.; october 12, 2009 1:03:13 pm kneel.
