Installation of a bruno vertical lift for handicap access into the home from street level. Dig and pour four concrete footings, 36" below grade. Construct new 6x9 decking over existing concrete steps using pressure treated lumber with all hardware as required. Install new pressure treated lumber railings with spindles and frame 4 new steps all as per code. Demo existing concrete adjacent to the home as per drawing. Excavate ground as needed for 2" of modified stone and 4" of concrete. Apply stone and tamp. Pour new 35 psi concrete with a brom finish. Installation of the bruno battery powered vertical platform lift. Electrical work permit application will be by other contractor. Vpl will be complete with top landing gate and platform gate.
